Refund Policy

1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds for purchases made through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer law.
2. Eligible Products
The 14-day refund window applies to paid YourMonitor purchases made through Paddle, including:
- YourMonitor license purchases.
- Digital access, license keys, and app downloads sold through Paddle.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use Paddle buyer support or contact us and we will help direct your request.

Please include the email address used during purchase, your Paddle order ID or receipt, and the app name.
4. Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for YourMonitor purchases made through Paddle checkout. Paddle processes payments, taxes, invoices, and approved refunds.
