1. About YourTools

YourTools is a collection of lightweight Windows desktop utilities published at yourtools.cc by YourTools. This includes YourAI, YourVideo, YourMic, YourPost, and any future apps we release. By purchasing or using any YourTools app, you agree to these terms.

Publisher and service brand: YourTools.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a YourTools app, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on one device (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase). License keys are tied to a single machine.

Subscription-based apps (where applicable) grant you access for the duration of your active subscription. Access ends when the subscription lapses or is cancelled.

3. YourPost: Subscription and Social Posting

YourPost is a subscription app. Pricing and trial details are shown at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

YourPost enables you to publish videos to social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram using your own connected accounts. By using YourPost to post content, you agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for all content you publish through YourPost.
You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each platform you post to (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
YourPost does not publish without your instruction. You must select a video, review its settings, and click Post. If you choose a scheduled time, the app starts the upload at that time.
You are responsible for reviewing the privacy, audience, interaction, commercial content, and AI disclosure settings available for each post.
You must own the content you post or have permission to use it, including the video, music, images, trademarks, and the likeness or voice of any person shown.
You must provide accurate commercial content, branded content, AI-generated content, and music disclosures when a platform requires them.
You must not use YourPost for spam, impersonation, infringement, harassment, illegal content, or deceptive activity.
YourPost is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.
Connecting a social account to YourPost does not grant YourTools any ownership or rights over your content or account.
Platform access and available posting features depend on third-party APIs, account eligibility, and platform approval, and may change or become temporarily unavailable.
A platform may delay, reject, restrict, or remove a post. YourTools does not control those decisions.

4. AI Apps and Token-Based Usage (YourAI)

YourAI uses a token-based model. When you purchase tokens or a token package for YourAI, those tokens are consumed as you use the app. Each AI interaction draws from your balance. Tokens are a consumable resource and are used the moment a request is processed. By using YourAI, you acknowledge and accept this model.

5. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your license key or account to another person.
Share your license key or credentials publicly or privately.
Crack, patch, bypass, or otherwise circumvent the license or access system.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any YourTools application, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Redistribute any YourTools application or any part of it.
Use any app for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of any of these terms may result in license revocation or access suspension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YourTools apps are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any app will be compatible with every system configuration, hardware setup, or third-party software environment. Users are responsible for verifying suitability before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourTools and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of an application, a failed upload, a platform decision, or loss of access to a third-party service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability of YourTools for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected app during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

8. Updates

We may update these terms when the apps, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

9. General Terms

If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms do not replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
